Return and Exchange Policy
FIT & Flirty’s Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received.
If you notice an issue on the products due to the manufacturer, such as wrong size, misprinting or damage, please take a photo and email it to email@example.com within 3 weeks of the delivery date. After review we will offer to issue a refund or a reshipment.
For packages lost in transit, your claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Reasons for Returns
Returned by Customer:
Contact FIT & Flirty via email at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any product.
FIT & Flirty does not accept returns based on buyer’s remorse.
Size exchanges maybe offered. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis and MUST be approved by FIT & Flirty prior to you returning the product.

2 – If an exchange is granted you will receive an email from FIT & Flirty
3 – You “shopper” will be responsible for cost of returning the old item (wrong size) as well you will be liable for the reshipment cost of the new items (new size)
If you “shopper” provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You “shopper” will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you “shopper” will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
