If only running out of champagne counted as cardio!!

It’s that time a year when it gets really hard for me to stay motivated. Daylight is lacking and it’s cold & wet outside. Plus the holiday season is sneaking up… and my schedule is about to get super hectic! I’m sure you can relate.
Running on Champagne - The Ultimate 10K Playlist

As soon as I must wear more than one layer to run outdoors, I find myself saying “I’ll go in a prosecco…”  and I also find myself drinking way more bubbly at this time of year. “Fizz the season” right? Thanksgiving, Christmas parties, New Year’s and then my birthday. So really, I should be running more, not less.

For many runners, it doesn’t matter if you’re in the middle of marathon training or jumping on the treadmill to burn off those champagne calories; a good music can often make the difference between a fabulous run or skipping it all together.

That’s why I put together this 90-minute bubbly inspired iTunes playlist chock-full of champagne poppin’ beats to keep me moving between all the holiday festivities!

So, if you’re a runner but also like to indulge in sipping champagne, my latest mix is a great for any run!  I’m sure it will help you get in the true holiday spirit and keep you running strong!  But you’ll probably be super thirsty by the time you get home!  What’s your favorite champagne inspired song?
